How to Access the Report
- Navigate to the VFA’s View Transaction History page in the Admin Portal.
- Select the “Transaction Ledger Report” tab.
- Choose your date range.
- Click “Generate Report” and select your preferred format: CSV or Excel.
Delivery & Download
Once your report is ready:
- You’ll receive an email notification confirming the report is available.
- Click the link in the email to return to the Portal.
- Navigate to the “Transaction Ledger Report” tab and refresh the page.
- Click the “Actions” column to download your report.
Security & Format
- Encryption: Not encrypted in the Portal, but password protected (password sent via email).
- Export Format: CSV or Excel (.xlsx)
- Date Range: Based on selected Start and End Dates
