Delivery Options

Option 1: Automated sFTP Delivery

  • If sFTP is configured at the customer level, the DMCR is generated daily at 10:00 AM CST.
  • The report includes all delta events from the previous day.
  • Delivered securely to your sFTP folder—no manual steps required.

Option 2: On-Demand Portal Access

  • Access the DMCR directly in the Dash Solutions Admin Portal.
  • Select your desired start date and delta criteria.
  • The report will include all delta events from the selected date up to the day prior to your request.

Security & Format

  • Password Protection: While data is not encrypted in the Portal, the report is password protected. The password is sent via email.
  • Export Format: .xlsx (Excel)
  • Date Range: Based on your selected start date

Delta Criteria

You can filter the DMCR by any combination of the following criteria (multiple selections supported):

  • Status Change
  • Card Registration
  • New Account Creation
  • Address Change
  • Shipping Complete
  • Balance Change
  • Monetary Data (product-specific)

Report Timeline

The Delta Master Client Report will provide details on selected card events that occurred in the day priorDash Solutions receives the processor extract files around 7:30 AM ET each morning and the data processing begins. Processing is completed between 12:00-12:30 PM ET daily and files will be sent to the applicable sFTP folder by then.
