Report Access & Delivery Options
Portal Access
Admins can access the report by navigating to the Reports tab in the Portal and selecting “Digital Card Delivery Report.”
sFTP Delivery
Prefer automated delivery? The same report can be securely delivered to your sFTP folder.
Delivery Frequency Options:
- Once Per Day: Delivered at 6 a.m. CST, includes data from midnight to midnight of the prior day.
- Twice Per Day:
- 6 a.m. CST: Data from midnight to midnight of the prior day.
- 6 p.m. CST: Data from 5 p.m. (prior day) to 4:59 p.m. (current day).
File Format: CSV
File Naming Convention: DigitalCardDeliveryReportMMDDYYYYTime.csv
What’s Inside the Report
Fields Displayed in the Portal
- Customer Name
- Order Number
- First Name / Last Name
- Phone / Email
- Card Proxy
- Order Date
- Email Delivered (Yes/No)
- Email Last Event (Accepted, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced)
- Email URL Clicked Count
- Actions (Edit email/phone, resend Email/SMS)
Additional Fields in CSV/Excel Export
- Email ID
- Email Tracking ID
- SMS Tracking ID
- SMS Sent (Yes/No)
- SMS Sent Date & Time
- SMS URL Clicked (Yes/No)
- SMS Status (Queued, Accepted, Sent, Failed, Delivered, Undelivered)
📌 Note: SMS reporting is limited due to carrier restrictions. Dash can confirm if SMS was sent and whether the URL was accessed.
Admin Actions
From the report interface, Admins can:
- Edit email or phone number associated with a record
- Resend Email or SMS individually
- Resend All Email/SMS in bulk across filtered results
- Choose to resend Email, SMS, or Both with one click
Report Results & Export Options
- Expand individual records to view all delivery events tied to a card proxy.
- Export results to CSV or Excel for further analysis or archival.
- Use filters like Notification Status, Customer Program, and Hierarchical Data to tailor your view.
📌 Date range limits apply for performance:
- With Hierarchical Data: Max 14 days
- Without Hierarchical Data: Max 31 days
