Dash Solutions offers clients a robust 1099 Report designed to streamline year-end tax reporting for non-payroll payments. This report identifies cardholders who received $600 or more in a calendar year (January 1 – December 31), helping organizations stay compliant with IRS regulations while reducing manual tracking and reconciliation.

Why This Report Matters

  • Aggregated by SSN: Automatically combines payments across multiple cards within a single customer program.
  • Flexible Access: Pull reports ad-hoc from the Admin Portal or receive them automatically via sFTP.
  • Year-Round Availability: Run the report anytime, with full-year data available starting January 1 of the following year.
  • Audit-Ready Format: Structured for easy export and review, supporting compliance and internal reporting needs.

Report Access & Delivery Options

Portal Access

Admins can run the report from the Reports tab in the PT Portal.

Steps:

  1. Select Customer
  2. Select Customer Program
  3. Select Year
  4. Click “Request 1099 Report”

Delivery will follow the enabled method (sFTP, Email, or both).

sFTP Delivery

  • Admin selects Customer, Program, and Year in the Portal.
  • A popup confirms the report will be generated and dropped to the client’s sFTP folder.
  • Reports remain accessible indefinitely.
  • Delivery time may vary based on data volume.

Email Delivery

  • Admin selects Customer, Program, and Year in the Portal.
  • Two emails are sent:
    1. Notification to retrieve the report from the Portal.
    2. Password for accessing the report.
  • Admin downloads the report as XLSX and uses the secure password.

sFTP + Email Delivery

  • Admin selects Customer, Program, and Year.
  • Two reports are generated:
    • Email Version: Delivered via secure password-protected download.
    • sFTP Version: Automatically delivered to the client’s sFTP folder. No action required in the Portal.

Report Fields

The 1099 Report includes the following fields:

Sum of Settle Amount Aggregated amount of all loads in the date range
Cardholder SSN SSN used for aggregation across cards

Residential Address Line 2 Secondary residential address line

Residential City City of residence
Residential State State of residence
Residential Zip ZIP code of residence
